Martin Côté

Founder And Managing Director At Andaman Group

Mr. Côté is the Founder of Andaman Capital (Thailand), Andaman Consulting Group (Canada), and Director of Fantasy World Consulting Group (Philippines). He is a driven and experienced leader with more than 25 years of experience in aquatic and water park operations, as well as sports, entertainment, hospitality, and guest service industries.

He has extensive knowledge in project management, pre-opening and opening, and operational leadership for projects such as Blue Tree Phuket (managing the first public-access lagoon in the world), Ramayana Water Park (including positioning the park among the top 10 in the world), Centara Grand West Sands Resort & Villas and Splash Jungle Water Park, Thanyapura Sports & Leisure Club, and Club Med Martinique.

By leveraging the experience and knowledge gained over the years, and working alongside a high-quality management team, he now delivers turnkey solutions. He is a visionary in tourism development.

Louis-Paul (Loup) Brisebois

Director of Business Development, Andaman Group

Louis-Paul (Loup) Brisebois is a Business Development Representative at Broadwell Air Dome and a Strategic Advisor in business group development at Devimmobilia. By assembling experienced experts and talented professionals in related fields, Loup and his team help lead projects more efficiently, reducing time and cost while improving execution to achieve international standards and high-quality delivery.

His team ensures the proper design, engineering, integration, and implementation of prefabricated modular systems. Off-site construction helps reduce project timelines and minimizes many common challenges in traditional construction, while remaining extremely cost-efficient.

He is also responsible for sport content programs and serves as headmaster for hockey schools, training, and exchange programs with Canada. He is a former professional hockey player who was drafted into the NHL, and has been a business entrepreneur for over 40 years.

Guy E. Cloutier

CSO (Chief Strategy Officer) at Andaman Group

Mr. Cloutier is also the Founder and CEO of CTC Group and has worked in the industry for over 37 years, including 24 years at CIMCO, a division of Toromont Industries, a world-leading Canadian company in engineering, construction, and technologies.

Over his career, he has acquired extensive experience working with public corporations and private companies, including senior executive management, strategic corporate development, project planning and development, design and engineering, project management, and project execution for winter sports, leisure, and entertainment projects around the world.

With more than 25 years of practical international business experience in China, Asia, Russia, the EU, and the Middle East, and having led both established and start-up businesses, his insight and experience in strategy, business structuring, and M&A transactions provide a comprehensive approach, supported by an extensive network in China and Asia.

Michael Denning
Imagineering, Feasibility & Project Development, Andaman
Mr. Denning is the Founder and Owner of Dreamgate UK. Born in the United Kingdom (UK), he benefited from a private education and later completed a distance-learning MBA from the USA. Now leading an international team, his early career began in London’s West End (theatre production and management). He later became responsible for major circuses and ice shows touring the UK and worldwide. He was then headhunted to develop management systems and operate the 85-hectare theme park Hili Fun City in Al Ain, UAE (the first major theme park in the UAE), and served on the Al Ain Municipality Tourism Development Committee. He was headhunted again to help establish the 500,000 sqm Mega Mall, Seacon Square in Thailand, as Senior Vice President, where his expertise expanded into profitable shopping centre management. He is also the imagineer behind Edutainment Adventure Centres (ECLIPSE), Learn & Earn role-play centres (edutainment), and ECOLRS (Ecological Leisure & Retail Systems).
Michael Ayling

Michael has enjoyed a varied career spanning three continents in finance and general management across water parks, retail, hotels, golf, marinas, hospitality, and property development. Prior to Nuobello, Michael was Managing Director of Laguna Resorts & Hotels Plc, a listed company in Thailand and a subsidiary of Banyan Tree Holdings. He was responsible for overseeing eight hotels across two locations, two golf courses, property development, construction, marketing and sales operations, vacation ownership programs, estate management, central facilities management, CSR and sustainability programs, and corporate governance. He was also Executive Director for Laguna Vietnam Limited, a fund developing Laguna Lang Co, an integrated resort in Central Vietnam, where he established property sales operations and supported the design, development, and construction of the Nick Faldo Championship golf course.
Agapito “Pepe” Tioco

Mr. Tioco has worked across many areas of finance and the metallurgic industries. He also helped develop the Philippines’ investment environment at the provincial level to compete with other regions in attracting investment across power generation, telecommunications, agribusiness, health, infrastructure, commerce, tourism, and more. He is now helping finance multiple projects around the world and is widely recognized as a key resource for green energy solutions. He introduces and supports local laws favorable to investors, including tax incentives and simplified processes for permits and licensing. He also attracts and guides investors throughout the establishment of their ventures until they are fully settled in their chosen site. He later became responsible for major circuses and ice shows touring the UK and worldwide. Mr. Lysyy is the Founder and Managing Director of Izoor Management System, providing innovative software solutions for any segment of the tourism industry. His extensive operational knowledge comes from hands-on experience as a Front Office Specialist and Guest Experience Manager at Blue Tree Phuket, EAM and Theme & Water Parks Manager at Escape Park Penang, Front Office Manager at Ramayana Water Park, and F&B Service Manager for the Centara Group. This experience has played a key role in his ability to develop one of the strongest management systems on the market today.

Mr. Mow and his team specialize in the design, maintenance, pre-opening, and operation of water parks worldwide. Since entering the amusement industry in 1986, he has progressed through roles in park operations, maintenance, and development across facilities around the globe. In the UAE, he spent five years prior to joining Farah Leisure Parks Management in 2009. He worked on the pre-opening team of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and later helped bring Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi from concept to opening in 2013, with extensive involvement in design and construction as part of the development delivery team. Following his time in the UAE and Asia, he later took on the role of Vice President of Development and Technical Services for WhiteWater Southeast Asia in late 2017. He is widely recognized as a leader in the profession.
